What We Do

This isn't personal training.
This is precision.

Corrective exercise coaching identifies the specific movement dysfunctions causing your pain, limiting your performance, or putting your joints at risk — and systematically corrects them.

If you've had a regenerative procedure, finished physical therapy, or been told your pain is "just how it is" — corrective exercise is the missing piece that protects your investment and turns treatment into lasting results.

Everything is built around your posture and movement screening. Your program is yours. Your progress is tracked weekly through video movement submissions reviewed by your coach and adjusted accordingly.

01
Assessment-first Every program begins with a comprehensive posture and movement screening — no guessing, no generic plans.
02
Hybrid delivery In-person reassessments combined with weekly virtual programming. You choose your level of involvement.
03
Weekly Video Coaching Submit weekly movement videos. Receive personalized coaching feedback and updated programming.
04
Medical collaboration Progress updates shared with your referring provider. Your care team stays aligned.
